Phosphene. Real-time music visuals for DJs: type an idea, get stage-ready graphics. 50+ generative visual systems, 60fps next to Rekordbox, every frame under 16ms. Shipped Electron app with live audio analysis and a generative prompt engine.
Renorm. Autonomous quant swing-trading system. A 3-state Gaussian HMM with a cross-sectional breadth override sets the regime; the ensemble trades 12-1 cross-sectional momentum, trend-gated short-horizon reversal, a low-vol tilt from hourly-bar realized volatility, and gradient-boosted ML alpha with meta-labeling at a bounded weight; a market-neutral sleeve trades Engle-Granger cointegration pairs (Benjamini-Hochberg FDR control) as an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck spread on s-score bands. Sizing via HRP + Black-Litterman, stops from HAR-RV/GJR-GARCH forecasts, execution priced by Almgren-Chriss. Every order clears a deterministic risk gate (drawdown kill-switch, CVaR breaker, beta and concentration caps); every change is validated by a Deflated Sharpe Ratio on purged walk-forward CV.
